Marilyn was very blessed to have her Grandma Jane and Grandpa Don visit us from Tennessee for her first birthday. They traveled up on Friday from Nashville and joined us on her birthday. We celebrated with a small cake and singing candle. She also got to practice opening presents so she would be ready for her party. (Grandma and Spud were eager too!)
On Saturday, we went to the Children's Museum and enjoyed some fun time at
Playscape. It was so neat to see our big girl walking around and showing Grandma & Grandpa the exhibits.
She absolutely loves the water area, and now she can stand on her own to see in. She has reached the 90
th percentile for height. (and 50
th for weight) The giant duck is her favorite, and she tries to fit it in her mouth.
